By accessing or using the Lupo application, submitting your information through any Try Lupo form, or receiving SMS messages from Try Lupo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Try Lupo operates an SMS marketing program in connection with the Lupo application. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Try Lupo at the phone number you provide. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opting in to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Try Lupo.

To stop messages at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@linksales.io.

Opted-in users are automatically entered into weekly gift card drawings as described in the Official Sweepstakes Rules. Entries are forfeited upon opt-out and eligibility resumes in the next Entry Period upon re-opting in. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services and participate in the sweepstakes. By using our Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when opting in.
• Attempt to manipulate sweepstakes entries or outcomes.
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with Lupo and Try Lupo are the exclusive property of Try Lupo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Try Lupo.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Try Lupo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Try Lupo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Try Lupo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that state.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or by posting the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
